The Floor Is Lava Platformer

This is my first game made with Godot Engine. A very simple platformer, but the floor is lava. Feel free to tell me your opinion on my first game and thank you for playing my game. Download the zip file and extract it somewhere else in your PC and have fun!

Hey, I'm from reddit and I have some advice for you.
First of all, keep the pixel art resolutions consistent, and make the GUI a bit more fitting to the style. Different pixel resolutions is one of the biggest problem of starting game developers.
Secondly, try removing the console and adding those text to the game as GUI.
Third, try making the "Subscribe to Pewdiepie" less obvious as it would make a great easter egg. It's cool
Fourth, try to limit the fire because it can be fired too fast and be misused.
Fifth, try adding a pause button.
Sixth,
Lastly, try to add music. Any 8-bit music (not overused) will suffice.
That's all.
I really love the concept, and the animation and gameplay is really satisfying. I wish you could simply press a button to retry. And I wish for some checkpoints too. I'm looking forward to this game.
alright thanks for your advice. I actually dunno that I can turn off that console thing, but now I know, thanks! I actually want to add a pause button but I was too excited to release my game so I actually ignore it XD Btw, can you tell me the mistake on the pixel art resolution thing? Thanks
See, if you look at the sizes of the pixels (squares) of the art, it just looks like you scaled them up, because the sizes don't match up.
Nice game a bit hard at first. Took some time to complete. How much time it took you to make it.
Around 1 month. I learn tutorial and make the game at the same time.
